Cancellation Policy for Nvia.app

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

This Cancellation Policy explains how users of Nvia.app ("Nvia", "we", "us", or "our") can cancel their subscription or use of our services and what terms apply to such cancellations.

1. Cancellation by User

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your billing or account settings page.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription term.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Downgrades to Free Plan

  • If you downgrade to the free plan, make sure your content fits within the usage limits of the free plan (e.g., templates, collaborators, storage).
  • Data exceeding free plan limits may be deleted or archived at our discretion.

3. Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The user made no use of the product after subscribing, and
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Any refund requests must be submitted to support@nvia.app with account details and reason for request.

4. Cancellation by Nvia

  • We may cancel or suspend your account at any time for violations of our Terms of Service or unacceptable behavior.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the case of policy violations or abuse.

5. Reactivation

  • If you wish to reactivate a cancelled subscription, you may do so from your account dashboard unless the account was terminated due to a policy violation.
